Bhindi or Okra is such a vegetable you can prepare many types of fries or fritters because it always tastes good when it becomes crispy. One more way you can prepare without frying that is bhindi posto or dhanros posto which I like most. Today I am preparing Quick Bhindi Fritters Recipe, where I used rice flour and cornflour to make a batter that gives more crunchiness. And I also didn’t slice the okras to keep the inside soft. If you want total crispiness then you can slice the okras and take out all the seeds.

How to make Quick Bhindi Fritters Recipe
- Take 1/4th cup cornflour and 3/4th cup rice flour in a mixing bowl.
- Add salt, chili flakes, roasted cumin, and coriander powder
- With the help of water make a batter that would be medium consistency, it neither should be thicker nor runnier.
- Now take 8-10 okra, wash it and cut it length-wise.
- Dip all the okras/bhindi, and ensure all the okras are coated properly.
- Heat oil in a hard-bottomed pan or Kadai, and keep it in a medium flame. Then drop the okra slowly into the pan. Do not try to accommodate all the okras at a time; otherwise, they will stick with each other. Fry in two to three-stage.
- After frying one side turn it over to another side
- Once done, then slowly take them out from the oil and transfer them to a plate with kitchen tissue.
- Once complete all the stages, then transfer them to a serving plate and serve hot along with steamed rice and dal.
