Ingredients
- Prawn-100gm (small-medium size)
- Kharkol leaves-2 bundle (approx-250 gm)
- Green chili-01 silted
- Ginger(1/2 inch) and garlic(4 cloves)
- Mustard Oil -4 table spoon (including for prawn fry)
- Turmeric powder-1 tspoon
- Salt to taste
how to make ghatkul pata diye chingri
- First wash the prawns, rub with salt and turmeric powder, and keep aside
- Now wash the leaves and cut it in small size.
- Take a grinder; add garlic, ginger, green chili and the kharkol leaves to a smooth paste.
- Take a pan, heat oil and fry the prawns.
- Now add the paste of leaves, add salt, mix it well and cook for 2-3 minutes or till it becomes dry.
- Take it out from burner and serve hot with rice and dal .
