- Whole wheat flour-1 cup
- Egg-01
- Birista(fried onion)-1 tsp(optional)
- Onion (slice)-1
- Green chilli-01
- Ginger, garlic- 1 tsp (chopped)

how to make easy and tasty dim gola ruti
- First make barista-Take two onions and cut it into slice and rub it to make it separate. Then take a hard bottomed pan, heat oil, fry the sliced onions in two to three stages.
- Then take a big bowl, add one cup wheat flour, salt, birista, one egg and one cup of water and make a batter (medium consistency). It should not be running consistency, it should little bit thick,so that it can take a form of roti, not like dosa.
- You make the batter smooth by continious whisking for 7-8 minutes.Make sure that there should not be any lamps in the batter.
- Heat a tawa/ pan (in medium flame), with the help of a ladle pour some batter in the pan and roast (don’t put oil) it one side for 2-3 minutes. You can cover the lid also; add sliced onion, chopped ginger and garlic over it.
- You can see the roti will come out automatically,you need not to give effort to flip on the other side.
- Then flip it to other side and cook for 2-3 minutes. You can cover the lid so that inside of the roti will be coocked nicely.
- Same way make the left over portion of the batter.
- Serve hot with green(mint/coriander leaves) chatni/pickle
Conclusion: You can make it more simple and healthy by replacing birista with grated carrots, spinach etc which is available with you.You can make it also a sweet pan cake by adding sugar and banana instead of salt , onion,ginger and garlic.
