The fruit “wood apple” or Bel is very nutritious and the squash or sharbat which is made from the pulp of the fruit is very beneficial especially on summer days for the whole body. Today I will share step-by-step how to make Bel Sharbat / Wood apple squash, which is very simple and easy to make.
Equipment required
- Mixing bowl
- Hammer
- Glasses
- Muddling tool
Ingredients
Wood Apple – 1
Sugar – as required
Lemon – 2
Mint Leaves
Black Salt
How to make Bel Sharbat / Wood apple squash
Break 1 beal / Wood Apple with the help of a hammer, and make it two parts,
Now take a mixing bowl and take out the pulp with the help of a spoon and put them in the bowl
Add water to the pulp to make it thin or liquid, so that it can be strained easily
By pressing the pulp to make it smooth
Now take the strainer and put the pulp in the strainer, and slowly press the pulp, so that it can pass through the strainer.
Now you got a sufficient amount of juice
Cut lemon and mint leaves to prepare the glasses
Take two glasses, add the lemon and mint leaves
With the help of muddling tools muddle the mint leaves and lemon
Add sugar as per requirement, and mix well
Now slowly add the Bel/wood apple juice, mix it, and serve with adding black salt and straw.
