How to make Yummy Atta Halwa Recipe/ Wheat Flour Halwa / Atte Ka Halwa
Heat ¾ cup ghee in a pan
Add and fry the cashews
When the color changes to light brown, then take them out from the ghee.
Add Atta/ whole wheat flour in the same ghee and stir them
Add 2 crushed cardamoms and mix them
You have to keep on stirring till the color of the Atta/ whole wheat flour changes to light brown.
Now the color changes to light brown, and also the fine roasted fragrance starts coming.
Add water carefully as you add it the halwa will start bubbling, so better if you keep the flame very low, and keep on stirring.
Add sugar and keep on stirring.
Now it starts becoming hard to stir, so switch off the flame.
Take two glass bowls and put the fried cashews in them, and then transfer the hot halwa into the glass bowl to set and allow them to cool.
After 4-5 minutes take the bowls and put them upside down on a big plate.
Now serve the yummy warm halwa.
