Simple Vegetable Chow mein Recipe/Veg Noodles
Today I will share step-by-step how to make a Simple Vegetable Chow mein Recipe which is an Indo-Chinese dish. The preparation of Indo Chinese dish is quite different; it requires a special type of Chinese wok, it needs always high flame, it requires the vegetable to be cut in Julian shape (cut lengthwise but very thin in size, so that while tossing, it gets cooked), it’s spatula is also different. It requires different types of sauces and vinegar not like Indian spices (turmeric powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder).
