Sardine Fish Fry Recipe/Sardine Tawa Fry
Today I am going to share Sardine Fish Fry Recipe/Sardine Tawa Fry which is a very simple and appetizing recipe. You can take it as a snack or as a side dish with rice and dal.
Though the taste of sardine is not as good as other pond or river fish like Rohu, Katla, etc, its food value is amazing. They are a rich source of Omega -3 fatty acid which helps to prevent heart disease due to their anti-inflammatory properties, and they are also a rich source of vitamins B-12 and Vitamin-D. You can make its curry also, which can go well with rice and other curries.
