Palm Fruit Juice Recipe / Tal sans Recipe
Today we will learn how to make Palm Fruit Juice Recipe / Tal sans Recipe. The juice pulp inside the palm fruit is called tal sans in Bengali, which is very refreshing, but available only for very few days. Today we will prepare a refreshing drink from the tal sans.
Equipment needed
- Blender
- Strainer
- Knife
- Glass
- Cocktail muddler
Ingredients
- Palm fruit-1
- Sugar (optional)-1 tbsp
- Lemon slices-3
- Salt
- Red chili powder-1/4 tbsp
- Mint leaves-10
How to make Palm Fruit Juice Recipe / Tal sans Recipe
Take a palm, and with the help of a knife, cut the sides and upper portion and take out the tal sans( juicy pulps) with a thin layer. Actually, these are the seeds, and normally there are three seeds a fruit. Now you can keep these in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Take a glass; slightly cut all the tal sans and pour the sweet water inside it the glass, and keep them aside
Remove the thin layer of the tal sans
Put them in a blender jar, and add water
Now add sugar
And make a smooth paste of the tal sans
Now take a glass and rub its rim with the lemon slice
Coat the rim with the salt and red chili mixture
Now add the lemon slices and mint leaves to the glass
Muddle them
Now slowly strain and add the sweet water, which we got from tal sans
Garnish with mint leaves and lemon slices and serve chilled
