Ingredients
- Kharbuja /Muskmelon-1
- Jaggery30 gm
- Chilled milk-200 ml
- Fresh cream-2 tbsp
- Cashews pieces-2 tbsp
How to make Kharbuja Sharbat / Muskmelon (Cantaloupe) Juice
Take a muskmelon and wash it thoroughly
Cut the upper portion to take out the seeds
Discard the seeds, with the help of a big spoon
Now take out the pulps and put them in a blender jar, and keep the hollow outer portion to use afterward
Add pieces of jaggery
Now add the chilled milk
Add fresh cream and make a smooth paste
Slowly pour the thick juice into that hollow outer portion of the melon
Add a handful of cashews and serve chilled
