Ingredients
- Tuna Fish – 3-4 pieces
- Chili Powder – 1/2 tbsp
- Pepper Powder – 1/2 tbsp
- Cumin Powder – 1 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder – 1 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
- Lemon Juice/tamarind – 2 tbsp
- Oil – (for frying) 2 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
How to cook Indian Tuna fish fry
- Take all ingredients except oil for shallow fry and fish into a mixing bowl.
- Add fish and mix well.
- Let it marinate for 20-30 mins.
- Take a nonstick pan, so that in less oil we can fry better.
- Fry it in hot oil till golden brown on both sides.
- Transfer them to a serving plate and serve hot.

Sorry to reply late. Thank you Prabhudass for your good comments, You are absolutely right, but Since tuna are pretty big, they typically accumulate more mercury than smaller species of fish like salmon—and when we eat that tuna, we absorb that mercury. Otherwise, it is the most nutritious fish.
