How to make Bharwa Simla Mirch/Stuffed capsicum
Capsicum is one of the vegetables we used to boost the flavor of other recipes by adding it, like mixed vegetables, pav bhaji, chicken, etc. But this is one of the short-listed recipes, where the main ingredient used, is capsicum. As very less oil is used in this recipe, you can easily include this in your diet chart. You can make it healthier by using healthy veggies for stuffing and using fewer spices. Boiled and mashed potatoes (or any other vegetables) are mixed with fried onions, ginger-garlic, and some spices to make the stuffing which will be filled in the capsicum and will be pan-fried or grilled in an oven; this is How to Make Stuffed Capsicum or Bharwa Simla Mirch.
