Simply adding black-eyed pea, green beans with brown rice and boil with salt and flux seeds and this is how to make simple and healthy brown rice.

Ingredients:
- Brown rice: 1 cup
- green beans: 8 to 10 pieces
- black-eyed pea: 1/2 cup(overnight soaked)
- flux seeds-2 teaspoon
- roasted cumin powder-01 teaspoon
- Lemon: 1
- Coriander leaves a small amount(to garnish)
- Salt to taste
- Water as required
How to make simple and healthy brown rice
Take one cup brown rice, ½ cup black-eyed pea, wash it, and allow it to overnight soak.
In a pressure cooker take brown rice, green beans (cut into one-inch pieces), black-eyed peas, flax seeds, and roasted cumin powder, add salt and two cup water.
Now switch on the oven and keep the pressure cooker for two whistles.
Switch off the burner and wait for the pressure to release.
After releasing the pressures serve hot, garnished with coriander leaves and poached egg.
