Ingredients
- Paan(betel leaves) leaves, torn into pieces -4
- Gulkand-1 tbs
- Fennel seeds (saunf)-1 tbs
- Pinch of salt
- Sugar -4 tbsp
- Cream-4 tbs
- Milk -1 cup
- Dry fruits-1/2 cup
How to make paan sharbat
Take betel leaves and tear into pieces, and put them in the blender jar
Add soaked fennel seeds to the blender jar
Add sugar
Now add the milk
Add fresh cream, and make a fine paste
Now add the gulkand (rose petal jam) and again make a paste
Take two glasses and add half a spoon of mashed paan (betel leaves)
Then add 3-4 ice cubes
Now slowly pour the paan gulkand mix
Garnish with fresh cream and dry fruits
