 Equipment used

  • Mixer-Grinder
  • Glasses

 Ingredients

  • Paan(betel leaves)  leaves, torn into pieces -4
  • Gulkand-1 tbs
  • Fennel seeds (saunf)-1 tbs
  • Pinch of salt
  • Sugar -4 tbsp
  • Cream-4 tbs
  • Milk -1 cup
  • Dry fruits-1/2 cup

Take betel leaves and tear into pieces, and put them in the blender jar

Add soaked fennel seeds to the blender jar

Add sugar

Now add the milk

Add fresh cream, and make a fine paste

Now add the gulkand (rose petal jam) and again make a paste

Take two glasses and add half a spoon of mashed paan (betel leaves)

Then add 3-4 ice cubes

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Paan(betel leaves)  leaves, torn into pieces 
  • 1 tbsp gulkand
  • 1 tbsp fennel seeds
  • salt
  • 1/2 cup dry fruits
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 tbsp feesh cream
  • 4 tbsp sugar

Instructions
 

  • Take betel leaves and tearinto pieces, and put them in the blender jar
  • Add soaked fennel seeds inthe blender jar
  • Add sugar
  • Now add the milk
  • Add fresh cream, and makea fine paste
  • Now add the gulkand (rosepetal jam) and again make a paste
  • Take two glasses and addhalf spoon mashed paan (betel leaves)  
  • Then add 3-4 ice cubes
  • Now slowly pour the paan-gulkand mix
  • Garnish with fresh creamand dry fruits
  • Enjoy chilled paan sharbat
