Ingredients
- Mocha/banana flower-01(medium)
- Potatoes-3
- birista(fried onion)-1 tsp
- Ginger-01 inch
- Green chili-02
- Gram flour—01 cup
- Baking soda-1/4th tsp
- Roasted cumin powder-01 tsp
- Red chili powder-1/2tsp
- Mustard oil-3/4 cup
- Salt to taste

· First you have to prepare the mocha (i.e. how you will take out the edible parts you can get an idea from mochar ghonto post.)
· After taking out the flowers, cut it and boil it with little turmeric powder and salt, along with potatoes.
· Once done smashed both the flower and potatoes and mix with birista, chopped ginger, green chili, salt, cumin powder, and red chili powder.
· Now make medium-sized balls with the help of palm.
· Prepare a tight batter with gram flour, salt, red chili powder, and baking soda. (make sure the batter should not be watery)
· Take a hard-bottomed pan or kadai and heat oil.
· Dip the banana flower balls in the batter and fry it nicely.
· Serve hot with green chatni/pickle and tea.
