Some tiny healthy fishes are there which we are very tasty after frying e.g. morola, khahki ,amudi and puti. As healthy snacks we can have it in the evening with tea. It is very easy to cook, only thing you have to be more careful while frying. Just rub it with turmeric powder and salt, keep it for 10 minutes then fry it in smoky heated mustard oil; this is how to make morola mach bhaja/mola fish fry.

Ingredients:
- Mourala Maach -250gm
- Salt
- Turmeric powder -1 tsp
- Mustard oil to fry-1/2 cup
how to make morola mach bhaja/mola fish fry
- First you have to clean the fish.
- Rub the fishes in rough surfaces to clear their scales individually and by squeezing below the gill all dirt will come out from stomach and wash it through running water.
- Add some salt and turmeric powder over them. Rub the fishes well and keep them aside for 10 minutes.
- Now take a non-stick pan (It is advisable to use nonstick pan while frying small fishes to avoid mashed up),heat oil in a smoky temperature then lower it back.
- Add the fishes in two or three stages don’t put all at a time, otherwise all would be smashed up. Also don’t stir the fishes frequently. It may break the fishes.
- After 2-3 minutes, carefully turn over the fishes.
- When the fishes are golden brown and crispy then take out the fishes.
- Serve hot with rice and dal.
