In this summer and mango season today, I will share a great combination of creamy and sweet flavors, How to Make Mango Panna Cotta, which will definitely give you a great relish?. panna cotta has a silky, creamy texture and a sweet milky taste. Panna cotta is a basic pudding that is made of dairy thickened with gelatin. It originated in Italy and its name literally means “cooked cream,” According to one story a Hungarian woman invented this dessert; she lived in Italy at the beginning of the 20th Century. Here I am using himsagar mango, which is plenty available here.
Equipment needed
- 2-3 glass bowls or glass
- Blender
- Milk pan

- Mango puree-1 cup
- Gelatin (1 tsp for each)-2 tsp
- Whole milk-1 cup
- Heavy cream-2tbsp
- Vanilla essence-1-2 drops
- Granulated sugar-1/2 cup(1/4 cup for each)
How to Make Mango Panna Cotta
Take 1 tsp gelatin in a small bowl
Hydrate gelatin with 2 tbsp warm milk
Mix the gelatin with the milk, until it dissolves completely, and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Heat milk and cream together in a milk pan. (Temperature should touch 100 degrees, need not boil)
Add sugar and make sure it should dissolve completely.
Now add the hydrated gelatin and mix well
- Add vanilla essence
Here I have taken a medium-size glass bowl, and two glasses I placed in the bowl, kept a little tilted.
Then slowly pour the milk into the glasses and let them cool and then put it into the refrigerator for 4 hours.
After 4 hours take out the pulp from the mango and put it into a blender jar.
Make a smooth puree.
Now take the saucepan and the mango puree in it, and then the remaining sugar and gelatin.
Stir it well and make sure the sugar dissolves completely
Now take out the glasses from the refrigerator and see how the milk is set
Slowly pour the mango puree over the milk and make a beautiful layer. ( before pouring the mango puree ensure that the milk has set well).
Now put the glasses again in the refrigerator and let them set for 4 hours.
Add fresh mangoes on top and serve chill.
