After making a smooth paste of spinach and adding spring onion and spring garlic in that paste with egg, then spread in a hot flat fry pan, this is how to make healthy green omelette. Omelettes are prepaired mainly three ways .like French, putting scrambled eggs in a pan and constantly shaking till set and roll and fold. Like American, after putting the egg in a pan, when it starts setting just fill it and fold it half. We Indian make it by flipping it other side also to fry and serve without fold or with folded.

Ingredients
Eggs one (you can take two also)
Spinach-50 gm
Spring garlic-01
Spring onion-01
Ginger ½ tspoon(grated)
Green chili(grated)
flux seeds-1/2 tspoon(optional)
Salt to taste
Oil/butter-1/2 table spoon

make a smooth paste of fresh spinach.
Cut the spring onion and spring garlic in very small pieces and add it with the paste with green chili
Beat the egg by the use of a fork with all the ingredients with salt and flux seeds
Melt the butter or you can use oil over medium-low heat, when cooking the eggs, so that bottom doesn’t overcooked.
Add the eggs and let sit that in the pan, then you can flip it to other side with or without help of spatula that depends on you in which you are expert.
Now both the side is fried properly so turn off the oven and plate it by garnishing with some herbs .
Conclusion:Omlette is very easy to prepare,and you can add anything you like for filling,it can be any vegetables,mutton keema,chicken pieces,prawns and cheese.To make it more healthy use nonstick pan to avoid the use of butter or oil.
