I make my daily roti/Indian flat bread with sattu/chatu and some other ingredients to make it healthy and tasty. You also must try this; surely you will fall in love with this roti. Make dough with wheat flour and other ingredients and fill with sattu/chatu(roasted Bengal gram powder)and garlic; this is how to make healthy chatur ruti/sattu ki roti.

Ingredients
- Whole wheat flour-500 gm
- Dried fenugreek leaves-1/2 cup
- Dried coriander leaves-1/2 cup
- Flux seeds-2 tsp
- White sesame-2 tsp
- Carom seeds (ajwain)-1 tsp
- Fennel seeds (sonf)-1 tsp
- Salt-1 tsp
- Warm water -2 cups
- Sattu/chatu-1 cup (for feeling)
- Garlic-2 tsp (chopped)(for feeling)
how to make healthy chatur ruti/sattu ki roti
- Take a big bowl; add wheat flour and all the above said ingredients except the ingredients for feeling.
- Make soft dough by adding warm water stage by stage; don’t pour all the water at a time.
- Keeps it aside for an hour covering a clean clothe.
- Meanwhile in another bowl take sattu or chatu, add garlic and little water and mix it nicely for feeling.
- Now take the wheat flour dough and make tomato size balls.
- Now take a ball and make a space of ½ inch in the centre with the help of thumb and fill the sattu mix; seal the space.
- Same way make all the balls;
- Sprinkle some flour and roll this to about 5-6 inch in size by the help of rolling pin.
- Heat a girdle/tawa and roast the rotis.
- Serve hot with curry or dal.
