Ingredients
- Eggs-03
- Onion -01
- Tomato-01
- Ginger -1 inch
- Garlis-6 cloves
- Cumin seeds- 01 tspoon
- Bay leaves-02
- Garam masala-1/4 tspoon
- Turmeric, coriander, red chili and cumin powder -1 tspoon
- Salt as per taste
- Water-1/2 cup
How to make delicious egg curry
- First boil the eggs then cut it into two halves and rub with turmeric powder and keep it for 2-3 minutes
- By the time in a blender take onion, tomato, ginger and garlic and make a smooth paste and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, fry the boiled eggs in both sides and keep aside.
- Now in the same pot add the cumin seeds and bay leaves for tempering.
- As they splutter and sizzle add the onion, tomato paste and cook for 5 minutes.
- Now add all the spices i.e. turmeric, coriander, red chili and cumin powder and cook for another 5 minutes or till the oil starts separating from the gravy.
- Now add water and salt, allow it to cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add eggs slowly and mix it with the gravy and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add garam masala and take out from the burner.
- Your egg curry is ready to serve.
