How to Make Delicious Aloo Paneer without onion and garlic

Equipment required

Ingredients used for aloo paneer
- Paneer-200 gm
- Potato cubes -4 small size potatoes cut into 4 pieces-16 cubes
- Oil-2tbsp
- Ghee-2 tbsp
- Soaked Almond-10
- Roasted sunflower seeds-1 tbsp
- Tomato -2
- Ginger paste-1 tbsp
- Whole spices(green cardamom-2, cloves-5, cinnamon stick-1/2 inch, bay leaves-1, and peppercorns-10)
- Turmeric powder-2 tbsp( 1 tbsp to mix with paneer and potato cubes)
- Kashmiri chili powder-2 tbsp( 1 tbsp to mix with paneer and potato cubes)
- Cumin powder-1 tbsp
- Fresh cream-1 tbsp
- Chopped Coriander leaves for garnishing
- Sugar-1/4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
How to Make Delicious Aloo Paneer
Take a mixing bowl and keep all 200 gm paneer cubes
Add turmeric and Kashmiri chili powder and salt
Mix them well
Same way mix the potato cubes in another mixing bowl
Take a Tawa , and shallow fry the paneer
And keep them aside
Fry the potato cubes and keep them aside
Add two tomatoes, almond, and roasted sunflower seeds to a blender jar
And make a fine paste
Heat ghee in a pan or Kadai
Add the whole spices and stir them
Add ginger paste and saute them for a minute
Pour the tomato paste and stir them
Add leftover paste to the blender jar with little water, and then add sugar, salt, turmeric, cumin, and Kashmiri chili powder.
Stir them frequently till the raw smell of the spices goes off, it will take 4-5 minutes
Now add the potatoes, and mix them well
Now the gravy becomes dry, add 2 cups of water and cover the lid, and allow them to cook for 5-6 minutes in low-medium flame.
Open the cover, and add the paneer cubes and mix them well. And allow them to cook without a lid for 1 minute.
Now turn off the flame and add chopped coriander leaves and fresh cream.
Transfer them to a serving plate and serve hot with rice, paratha, or roti.
