Equipment required

Ingredients
- Carrot (cut in Julian shaped)-1
- Green capsicum (cut in Julian shaped)-1
- Yellow capsicum (cut in Julian shaped)-1
- Cabbage (shredded)-1 cup
- Onion (green)-1 cup
- Soy sauce-1 tbsp
- Red chili sauce-1 tbsp
- Whole red chili-7
- Ginger-garlic paste-1 tbsp
- Sugar-1 tbsp
- Corn flour-1 tbsp
- All-purpose flour-1 cup
- Bread slice-6
- Oil-1 cup
- Salt to taste
How To Make Crispy Spring Roll with sauce/ Bread Spring Roll Recipe with sauce
- Cut all the veggies, and keep them ready to cook
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a griddle/concave tawa, and add grated ginger garlic, carrot, and onions and stir them for a minute
Add other veggies and toss them very fast in a high flame
Now add salt, soy sauce, and red chili sauce and toss fast
Once fried well, then take them out from the griddle and keep them aside
Add red chilies to a bowl and add 1/2 cup of water
Put them in a blender jar and make a fine paste
Heat 1/2 tbsp oil in a pan and add ginger-garlic paste; sauté them for a minute
Now add the red chili paste and mix them well
Add salt and sugar and mix them
Now add cornstarch with water, mix them and take them out from the oven and keep them aside
In a mixing bowl, take 1 cup of all-purpose flour
Add little water and make a tight batter to use as glue
Now take the bread slices and cut all the sides
Put them in a blender jar
And make a powder to use as breadcrumbs
Now heat a pan and put the bread crumbs in that pan and sauté them for 2 minutes, to make them dry and crispy.
Flatten the bread slices with the help of a rolling pin
Now put the cooked veggies in the center of the bread slice and roll them and seal them with the help of the glue we made
After making the rolls, we have to liquidify the glue by adding a little more water to coat the rolls
Now dip each rolls in the batter and then coat them with the bread crumbs and keep them aside
Heat 1 cup of oil in a Kadai
And deep fry the rolls in 2-3 stages
Once fried well, then with the help of a skimmer take them out from the oil and keep them on kitchen paper
Now transfer them to a serving plate and serve them with the sauce we made
