How to Make Chicken Pakora/ Quick & Easy chicken pakoda Recipe
Chicken pakora is flour-coated and deep-fried small bite-sized chicken fritters. The flour coating is of rice flour or besan (Gram flour) with baking soda. The crispness comes from rice flour. Here I have taken rice flour. Now I will share step by step How to Make Chicken Pakora/ Quick & Easy chicken pakoda Recipe which goes well with evening tea or coffee. Marinated chicken chunks with lemon juice and salt are coated with flour with other vegetables, and deep fried in oil to make this pakora recipe.

- Deep fry pan

Ingredients
- Chicken-250 gm
- Lemon juice-2 tbsp
- Curd-1 tbsp
- Rice flour-1/2 cup
- Corn flour-1 tbsp
- Baking soda-1/4 tbsp
- Capsicum ( cut into big dice shape)-1
- Onion Cut into dice shape)-1
- Tomato sliced-1
- Egg-1
- Ginger (grated)- ½ inch
- Oil250 ml
- Salt
How to Make Chicken Pakora
Cut a chicken breast piece into small pieces, and marinate them with lemon juice and salt for 1 hour.
Meanwhile, make the batter. In a big mixing bowl take ½ cup of rice flour
One tbsp corn flour and one egg
Add I tbsp curd and ½ inch grated ginger.
Add salt and baking soda.
Mix them well and make a smooth batter, ( it should be a little thick )
Now cut all capsicum. Tomato and onion and keep ready to the stick also.
Take one stick, now pierce one chicken chunk, one capsicum, one tomato, and one onion and nicely arrange them.
Then coat them well with the thick batter.
Heat oil in pan/kadai
Slowly drop one stick with chicken and other veggies.
Same way drop the other stick also.
And fry them in low-medium flame for 8-10 minutes, on both sides.
Now transfer them to a serving plate. Serve hot with tomato sauce and onion.
