How to Make Chicken Noodles/Chicken chow mein

Ingredients
- Chicken breast-200 gm
- Noodles-150 gm
- Sliced Onion-2
- Julian cut Carrot-1
- Capsicum-1
- Chopped Cabbage-2 cups
- Beans (cut ½ inch lengthwise)-1/2 cup
- Garlic-8-10 cloves
- Ginger-1/2 inch
- Lemon juice-1 tbsp
- Green chili (chopped)-2
- Soy sauce-3 tbsp
- Red chili sauce-1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
- Black pepper-1/2 tbsp
- Vinegar-1 tbsp
- Oil-3 tbsp
- Salt
How to Make Chicken Noodles/Chicken chow mein
Clean, wash and cut the chicken into small ½-inch pieces
Marinate them with lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and soy sauce, and keep them aside for 15-20 minutes.
Take a big vessel and add 1-liter water, allow it to boil, when bubbles start coming then add the noodles and allow them to boil for 3-4 minutes.
Now take them out from the flame and strain them with a strainer and pour cold water over them and put 1 tbsp oil so that they will not stick with each other.
Heat oil in a wok, add the chicken pieces, and fry them on high flame.
Add grated garlic and ginger and sauté them
Now add onions and carrots and toss them in high flame.
Add capsicum, cabbage, green chilies, and beans, and keep on stirring/tossing them for 2 minutes
Now add soy sauce, vinegar, and red chili sauce and toss them on high flame.
Add the boiled noodles and toss them very fast.
Add soy sauce and mix them with the help of a ladle
Transfer them to a serving plate and serve hot.
