How to Make Ilish Mach Bhapa/ Steamed Hilsa
How to Make Ilish Mach Bhapa/ Steamed Hilsa; I already posted this recipe, but the main difference is that here I prepared the bhapa ilish without frying the Hilsa fishes. But in an earlier post, I steamed the fish after frying them lightly, which I like. The cleaned raw Hilsa fish chunks are coated with a thick paste made with coconut, ginger, mustard, and mustard oil and then steamed for 12-15 minutes on a low flame; This is How to Make Bhapa Ilish/Ilish Mach Bhapa/ Steamed Hilsa.
