Dahi Vada, a delightful Indian snack, consists of fluffy lentil balls deep-fried and soaked in creamy yogurt. It's a must-have during Holi and other festivals in North India. To make this amazing dish, soak black gram lentils for 3-4 hours, then blend them into a fluffy batter. Fry the batter into golden brown balls, soak them in hot water, and make a creamy yogurt mixture with sugar and rock salt. Finally, assemble by pouring the yogurt over the vadas and topping them with roasted cumin powder, red and green chutney/pickle. It's a sweet, tangy, and spicy treat! 🇮🇳😋 #DahiVadaRecipe #IndianSnacks #FestivalFood
