Ingredients
Aila fish -02(bigger)
Mustard oil-1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1 tsp
Red chili powder-1 tsp
Lemon juice-1 tsp
Salt to taste-1 tsp
How to make Aila maach bhaja
Clean and wash the fish, make 2-3 deep slits in both the sides.
Rub the fish with red chili, turmeric and cumin powder, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice and salt; keep it aside for 10-15 minutes.
Heat mustard oil in a frying pan and fry the fish in a medium flame.
Flip it to other side, fry till it becomes golden in color.
Drain and serve with rice and dal.
Notes: You can use any oil i.e. coconut oil, sunflower, soybean or groundnut. You can also make it two to three pieces and fry it
