Watermelon and Grapes juice
In India, there are mainly three seasons; summer, winter, and rainy season. Nature has given us the power to fight against the different seasons in a natural way. Like in peak winter we take hot beverages, like tea, coffee, milk, or sometimes brandy. In the same way, we take cold drinks in hot and prickly summer; the idea is to keep ourselves hydrated all the time to get rid of dehydration. But the thing is that it should be always healthy, Why I am telling you, the ice the fruit seller are using are all commercial, and the water is also not purified, which may cause you to suffer from dysentery or any other stomach problem. The main fruit juice for prickly summer is watermelon, grapes, and pineapple which are very cheap and easily available in the summer season and very easy to prepare, and also very healthy.
So you can regularly prepare these fruit juices as no other things are required. Moreover, Watermelon juice is high in anti-oxidants, controls your blood pressure, and always keeps your skin hydrated and moisturized. It is also heart-healthy because of its richness in Potassium. But the disadvantage is that it increases the blood sugar level. Same way, grapes also lower blood pressure and LDL.
