Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Juice / Fresh Orange and Beetroot Juice

Ingredients
- Fresh orange-4
- Beetroot-2
- Apple ½
- Carrot-1
- Ginger-1/2 inch
- Lemon-1
- Sugar and salt (optional)
- Water -2 cups
Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Juice / Fresh Orange and Beetroot Juice
- Take 4 oranges and peel them
- Put them in a blender jar and cover the lid and blend them nicely
- Now place a strainer over a mixing bowl
- And put a clean muslin clothe over the strainer and strain the orange juice
- Now squeeze the muslin clothe and take out the juices
- Now your fresh orange juice is ready
- Transfer it to a serving glass and serve it
- Now peel the beetroots, ginger, apple, and carrot
- Cut them and make medium pieces and put them in a blender, add water and blend them well
And the same way place a strainer over a mixing bowl and put clean muslin clothe over the strainer and strain the orange juice
Transfer them to a serving glass, sprinkle some lemon juice and serve them.
