Narkel Diye Dheki Shak Bhaja/ Fiddlehead Ferns stir fry with Coconut
Today I will share step-by-step how to make Narkel Diye Dheki Shak Bhaja/ Fiddlehead Ferns stir fry with coconut, which goes well with hot piping rice and a dollop of ghee.
Fiddlehead Ferns are wild healthy greens that grow spontaneously in the jungle or forest mainly in the Eastern region of India, and it’s tough to find them in any part of the country. In Bengal, the local name of this fern is Dheki Shak.
It can be prepared in many ways e.g. fiddlehead stir-fries with coconut, or poppy seeds even if you want to make a non-veg dish, then stir-fry with bacon or with pork.
