Ingredients required are
Baby Moon fish: I purchased the small one, the sizes are70 gm. Each
Oil; I used mustard oil
Curd:
Turmeric powder
Ginger-mint paste: Blended ginger and mint
Red chili powder
Kashmiri mirch powder
Cumin-coriander powder
Gram flour
Rice flour
Garlic-Coriander leaves paste; made a fresh paste of coriander leaves and garlic
Salt
How to Make Baby Moon Fish Fry Recipe
Take a big mixing bowl and add fresh curd, then add gram flour
Add rice flour
Add turmeric, cumin-coriander, Kashmiri mirch, and red chili powder
Add salt and ginger-mint paste
Mix them well and make a smooth batter
Add garlic-coriander leaves paste and mix them well
Now take the cleaned and washed baby Moon fish in a big bowl
Add them and message them well with the batter, and keep them aside for 30 minutes to rest
Heat oil in a pan/ griddle, let it come to a smoky point, then add the fish to fry
Turn them over to the other side and fry them well
Once fried on both sides, take them out from the oil, and in the same way fry the other fish
Transfer them to a serving plate and serve hot
