Ashgourd & Gooseberry Juice

Ash Gourd & Gooseberry Juice – a healthy juice made with ash gourd and gooseberries. Both Ash Gourd and gooseberries are highly nutritious, and with the addition of black pepper powder and black salt making a super healthy drink and is definitely a great way to start the day. Ash Gourd Juice is a super detoxifying juice that flushes out all toxins from our bodies.

Ingredients required are

Ash gourd: while purchasing you must ensure it should be tender enough.

Amla/Indian Gooseberry

Rock salt /kaala namak

Black Pepper powder

How to make Ash Gourd & Gooseberry Juice

Wash and Peel the ash gourd

Cut them into medium pieces

Ash gourd & Gooseberry Juice step 2

Now cut the gooseberry into small pieces and put them in a blender jar

Add 1 cup of water and make a smooth mixture

Strain the mixture with the help of a strainer and extract the juice, and collect them in a large bowl

Take the glass and add black pepper powder and rock/black salt
