Murgh do pyaza
Chicken Do Pyaza is a mouth-watering and popular Indian chicken recipe where marinated chicken chunks are cooked in a variety of spices, yogurt, and a lot of onions. The name do pyaza defines that onions are added in two stages. One I finely chopped which will be fried with other spices and the other one I cut roughly big chunks that will be added at the last stages of the recipe. Do Pyaza is normally prepared using any type of meat or vegetable. Like mutton do pyaza, enchor do pyaza(jackfruit do pyaza ). Amazing Chicken Do Pyaza Recipe is nothing but a chicken curry where chicken chunks are cooked with onion simmered in a thick gravy made with tomatoes, garlic, and ginger and finished in a warm, spicy, cumin, coriander flavored sauce.
Essentially, in any do pyaza curry is a curry where lots of onions are used and few or no tomatoes are used. Here I am also using tomatoes, if you want you can skip them.
