How to make Mango Puri and Aamras
Aamras and Aam Puri Recipe is nothing but fresh Mango puree served with hot mango puri. Puri is made of wheat flour and Mango puree deep fried in Oil. The word “aamras” means, which is actually obtained from the Sanskrit words Amra(Sanskrit- आम्र, means mango) and rasa (Sanskrit: रस, means juice), so the precise meaning of aamras is “mango juice”. The best combination is puri or luchi with aamras, but I am making the mango puri here. I posted how to make puri/luchi earlier, so I will not go into detail.
